Bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.

Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.

The management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct or violation of property rules.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: 90% refund of advance paid.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in: 50% refund of advance paid.

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: No refund.

In case of roadblocks, weather disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances, the hotel may offer a date change (subject to availability) but no monetary refund.
